What if I can't see exactly what I want on the website?
Just ask! Whether it's a bespoke design, a unique size, or an item you don't see on the site, I'm sure I'll be able to help you out!
Can I make changes to existing designs?
Yes! If you see something in the semi-custom section that's almost right but not quite, get in touch! I can usually make changes to colours, fonts, or even layout. This will incur a small extra design charge.
Will I receive a design proof?
If you order a bespoke design package you will receive digital proof/s of your stationery and can indicate any changes you want made.
If you order an existing design, you will not receive a digital proof except in specific circumstances (for example, you request a colour change or I have questions/concerns about the text entered). Please ensure you enter your wording exactly how you want it to appear on your stationery.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you spot a typo, flick me an email ASAP. I'm happy to fix it for you but unfortunately once your order has been printed these mistakes cannot be rectified. If this happens, I am happy to offer discounted re-printing rates.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order size for wedding stationery is 20 pieces.
What is the current turnover time?
Once your semi-custom order is placed- or your bespoke design proof is approved- we will have your package in the post to you within 5-7 business days.
How much is postage?
I charge a flat rate of $8.00 (non-rural) or $10.00 (rural) for New Zealand orders and offer free shipping for orders over $100! All Paper Fox orders are sent using signature-required postage.
